Join us on Saturday the 7th of September for a memorable lunch amongst friends.
Enjoy a picturesque drive to Samford, through forest, farmland and valleys, framed by the spectacular mountains of the D’Aguilar range in the distance.
From 1pm, we invite you to the beautiful Alan Cash Park, surrounded by lush trees and the sounds of nature, to indulge in a country Hamptons inspired long lunch.
Support our local suppliers by pre-selecting the food package of your choice - or pack a picnic instead - and be spoilt for choice with a selection of premium beverages to enjoy within an intimate styled setting, complete with champagne and cocktail bars, lawn games, live music and plenty of photo opportunities.
To top off the day, get involved in raffles or bid on auction prizes.
All proceeds raised will be donated to our local team, the Samford Stags.
As night falls, indulge in something sweet from our dessert food truck or a dance under the stars, before the event concludes at 8pm.

How to Prepare for a Memorable Long Lunch
1) Nominate your Lunch Connoisseur
Select your most organised table member, the person that knows their way around a long lunch! The Lunch Connoisseur will be responsible for booking your table, as well as satisfying the group’s cravings by selecting your food packages of choice. The long lunch team will directly liaise with the Lunch Connoisseur, please ensure the best contact details are provided.
2) Book your Table
To attend the Samford Long Lunch, tickets are $55 per person + booking fee.
The Lunch Connoisseur can book your table via the website.

3) Book your Table’s Food
Once you booked your seat at the table, peruse the menu and select each person’s preferred food package to pre-order via the ticketing page.
You can mix up the package options for each member’s preference.
Please specify any dietary requirements during the checkout.
4) Prefer Homemade?
You can bring your own food instead of booking a food package. Please note, bringing your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
5) The Final Touches
Peruse the dress code to look your best on the day! Think, Hamptons meets country.
